writing my thesis

I never thought that books like 'The fifth dyscypline' of Peter Senge or any other about organizational learning can be so useful for my thesis. And now it looks that I will base my work on them! But what's more, I'm making a kind of assessment, if AIESEC is really a Learning Organization. And that's funny. Sometimes I think that there are so many things to improove, so many systems to develop...but according to literature we have the best base to actually be the leading Learning Organization on the market. Hmmm, maybe one day I will write my own book about @?
