my mentor

Yesterday I had second meeting with my mentor. Last term AIESEC in Macedonia implemented Mentorship Program. It involves externals, people who work in varied organizations to support development of AIESEC members. The ideal state is to have one mentor for each person on leadership position. Soon we are going to make it. Till now there are 16 mentor- mentee couples, and I'm one of them =) So, as I mentioned, I have met with my mentor yesterday. He works in a Ministry of Finance in Macedonia and he is an AIESEC Alumni. He was actually building @, when Macedonia was not a part of Jugoslawia any more. I will not go into details what was the meeting about- it is confidential, coz it is about my development :-P, but I have to admit that this program is a great added value to my AIESEC Experience. This year I am also Mentorship Coordinator in AIESEC Mace, so I'm looking forward to find mentors for all members on leadership positions. It is really worth!
