make yourself busy!

Here's the thing- if you think that your life sucks, you have to make yourself busy. I knew this thing, but somehow I forgot this truth. Last period was really crappy for me. Nothing was like I wanted. But now, since things started moving, I'm feeling better again. Last week I had 2nd wedding. This one was amazing- real polish wedding- with disco- polo- like music (turbo folk style), old people dancing with new generation, tables full of food, young couple dancing bare footed in the garden... Simply amazing! We left at 4am and we were the first people who left the party! Today I'm going to Vienna for 4- day weekend. This is one of the times when I am leveraging the benefits of having the network of friends. My EB mate 03/04 lives in Austria, and she invited me. Hopefully I will also see my other AIESEC friends, whom I met on different conferences during last years. And then, one day after arriving back to Lodz, I will be heading to Wroclaw, where I was invited to Chair Train the Trainer Conference, my favorite of all seminars! In this way, August will be gone, and in September I will have 2 goals- graduation and going for my internship in Switzerland. Now all I need to do is to handle all the formalities connected with both. Yesterday my mom bought me album about Switzerland. Geez, mountains in there are amazing. Just cannot wait until I hike again. This was the thing keeping me alive in Macedonia. Sometimes I actually feel, that AIESEC spoiled me, and many other people. We just cannot live a simple life. We need challenges, we need set goals, and then strive reaching them. We need internationalism, conferences, having people around us. Just before I got matched, I got a job, here, in Lodz. The salary is really good, people seemed to be nice, but... the office was small, there were no projects realized on global level. I realized that I don't see myself in this kind of environment! So I didn't take the job. I think that I am truly global citizen...

Dare!
It all depends how we look at it. I said that we are spoiled, but it does not have a bad meaning. Sure, we just ask and dare for more- but this sometimes mean, that we are demanding and it's not easy for us to get satisfied.
Still, I believe it's good. At least we know what we want from life!
